These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.love-offers.online (“the Website”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Website immediately.
1. Definitions
1.1 “LoveOffers” is a trading name of Whitestar Services Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13417041) with its registered office at 141 Englishcombe Lane, Bath, BA2 2EL (“WS”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Website.
1.3 “Third-Party Offer” means any offer, discount, promotion, voucher code, competition or incentive that is created, owned, marketed, administered and fulfilled by a third-party merchant or provider.
1.4 “Merchant” means any third party that provides or fulfils a Third-Party Offer.
1.5 “Affiliate” means any third-party affiliate marketing agency, network or partner that promotes Third-Party Offers and may receive a commission.
1.6 “User Submission” means any feedback, comment or content submitted by a User for display on the Website.
2. Nature of the Website and Our Role
2.1 The Website is owned and operated by WS. LoveOffers acts solely as an online publishing and promotional platform.
2.2 LoveOffers does not create, sell, supply, administer, fulfil or control any Third-Party Offers. All Third-Party Offers are provided by Merchants who are solely responsible for:
2.3 LoveOffers is not a party to any contract formed between a User and a Merchant. Any transaction entered into using a Third-Party Offer is strictly between the User and the relevant Merchant.
2.4 LoveOffers does not endorse, warrant or guarantee any Merchant, Third-Party Offer or related product or service.
3. Marketing and Affiliate Activity
3.1 All marketing, advertising and promotional activity relating to Third-Party Offers is carried out by independent third-party affiliate marketing agencies, networks and/or Merchants.
3.2 LoveOffers does not initiate, control or manage external marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, paid advertising, social media promotions, influencer activity or affiliate placements.
3.3 Any marketing communication received by a User in relation to a Third-Party Offer is sent by or on behalf of a third party, not by LoveOffers.
3.4 LoveOffers is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, targeting, timing or delivery of any third-party marketing communication.
3.5 Users should review the privacy notices, consent mechanisms and terms of the sender of any marketing communication they receive.
4. Use of the Website
4.1 By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Only one account per household is permitted.
4.2 LoveOffers may suspend or terminate access to the Website where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached or the Website is being misused.
4.3 The Website may be suspended, withdrawn or modified at any time without liability.
4.4 Users must not misuse the Website, including by introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access or scraping content.
5. Registration, Subscriptions and Payments
Newsletter Registration
5.1 Users may register an email address to receive newsletters. Users may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link or account settings.
Subscriptions and PayPal
5.2 To access subscription-only features, a subscription fee of £4.99 every 7 days is payable following a 24-hour free trial.
5.3 All subscription payments are processed exclusively by PayPal.
5.4 LoveOffers does not collect, store, process or have access to any payment or banking information, including card details, bank details or PayPal credentials.
5.5 PayPal acts as an independent payment processor and data controller in respect of all payment data. Payment processing is governed solely by PayPal’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
5.6 All subscription management actions, including cancellations, refunds, failed payments and chargebacks, must be handled directly via PayPal. LoveOffers cannot process refunds or cancellations.
5.7 LoveOffers shall not be liable for any loss or disruption arising from PayPal’s systems or processes.
6. Term and Termination
6.1 These Terms remain in force while you use the Website.
6.2 LoveOffers may suspend or terminate access at any time.
6.3 Termination of Website access does not override PayPal subscription terms, which must be managed through PayPal.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights in the Website belong to or are licensed to LoveOffers, excluding third-party content.
7.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal use only.
7.3 Commercial reproduction or exploitation is prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Warranties, Disclaimers and Liability
8.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, the Website is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
8.3 LoveOffers does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or validity of any Third-Party Offer, voucher code or Merchant content.
8.4 Users acknowledge that reliance on Third-Party Offers and third-party marketing is at their own risk.

9. Affiliate Disclosure
9.1 The Website contains affiliate links and promotional content. Where a User engages with a Third-Party Offer via an affiliate link, LoveOffers may receive a commission from the relevant Affiliate or Merchant.
9.2 Affiliate commissions do not affect the price paid by Users.
9.3 The presence of an affiliate link does not constitute endorsement of any Merchant or Third-Party Offer.
9.4 LoveOffers does not influence Merchant pricing, availability or offer terms.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
10.1 LoveOffers processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, as set out in its Privacy Notice.
10.2 Payment data is not processed by LoveOffers and is handled exclusively by PayPal as an independent data controller.
10.3 Affiliate marketing agencies and Merchants act as independent data controllers in respect of their marketing activities and are solely responsible for compliance with the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).
11. General
11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LoveOffers.
11.2 LoveOffers may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance.
11.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.4 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
